Frustrated: Black American Men in Brazil (DOCUMENTARY)

I’m about 15 minutes into this video and I’m trying to calm my racing heart so that I can adequately express my disgust with this piss poor excuse for critical sociological analysis. What black men who make shit like this don’t seem to understand is that, because of all that education black women are getting (that you seem to hate so much), we can tell when you’re attempting to intellectualize your misogyny and internalized racism—your racialized hatred of black (American) women specifically—not to mention your projected feelings of inadequacy.
Let me tell you what the black men in this movie seem to actually take issue with: black women in the united states are not adequately disenfranchised (to their tastes) so as to make them easy to dominate along a patriarchal axis. It is, therefore, necessary to either date women of other races or to find black women in other countries that are more readily vulnerable to exploitation.
Like I said, I’m only 15 minutes in so there’s a possibility that the entire premise is gonna do a 180. I won’t hold my breath.
tl;dr- Fuck little black girls getting educated (and being able to pump more money into the black community)! All that squirrely learnin turns em into bad, ugly American negresses who aren’t letting men be men & don’t know their place.
